About Dr. Napier-Ionascu:
Dr. Napier-Ionascu is HIMS trained and certified to provide Cogscreen assessments as well as Comprehensive Neurocognitive Testing. In addition to her work with the aviation community, she is the Head Neuropsychologist at UCSF Benioff Childrens Hospital, Oakland and is a Qualified Medical Evaluator as part of her private practice.
Daughter of TWA Captain Jerry Napier (formerly a Marine F-4 Phantom pilot) and TWA Flight Attendant Linda Napier, Dr. Napier-Ionascu is sensitive to the demands of an airline family. She founded Absolute Ceiling Assessments to provide accessible, accurate, and timely neurocognitive testing and HIMS services to the Commercial, General, and Military Aviation community.
